Why did I create this program?

Having worked with many solo service professionals over the years I know that there is a big need for this level of support, particularly around setting up and creating online marketing systems.

Many solo business owners really don't know how to put together an online marketing system, let alone work with the technology that comes with it.

They don't understand how the different online marketing strategies fit together into one complete online marketing system that establishes and builds your online presence; strategies such as article marketing, blogging, social networking, teleclasses etc.

Because of this they haven't yet grown their business to the level where they need an Online Business Manager, although they still need a partner who has the marketing & business mindset to help them grow their business.

And they need the support of that partner; someone who will actually do the work for them too!

With this program we will work together to:

• Develop and strategize your online marketing plan

• Set goals for building your online community (a.k.a. your list)

• Put in a place a timeline for achieving your goals

And here's the best bit...

Your To Do list becomes My To Do list!  Yes, that's right.  I will then take all our planning, strategizing, and goal setting, and implement them for you. So that means I'll:

• create systems for getting your newsletter on a regular publication schedule so that you can stay in touch with your audience, and let them know about your products, services, and programs

• grow your list through article marketing, blogging, and other list building strategies

• take care of your list management and maintenance

• ... and as your business grows we'll do more!

And we will achieve all of this through regular telephone calls throughout the month so that we can plan, strategize, and stay on track.

This is what is so unique about this program - it combines the planning along with the support.  So it means that we don't just draw up a plan and then you're expected to go off and implement it; I'll do the implementation for you!

Here's a complete run-down of the different levels of support so you can see which one best suits you for where you are right now (and of course we'll discuss this during the Client Consultation).

Level 1 - The Foundations

Goal: To establish your online presence, build your list, and ensure you have core office systems in place.

Whether you're currently working just one-on-one with clients, or are looking to move into an online business, this level of support will provide the foundation for your business growth.  This level of support includes such activities as:

• an initial consultation to review your online marketing systems and office procedures

• create systems for getting your newsletter on a regular publication schedule so that you can stay in touch with your audience, and let them know about your services

• growing your online community (a.k.a. building your list) through article marketing, blogging, social networking, social bookmarking, and other list building strategies

• creating visibility through hosting free teleclasses, which will involve registration sign-up, list management, bridge line scheduling, call recording etc.

• list management and maintenance such as reviewing your broadcast stats, cleaning the list of bounced email addresses etc.

• reviewing your current back office systems such as calendering, email management, new client intake and welcome packets

• monthly/bi-weekly telephone consultations so that we can plan, strategize, and keep you on track

Level 2 -  Business Growth

Goal:  To continue with your online marketing plan, but also start creating and implementing additional revenue streams.

At this level your list is growing on a consistent basis and they're going to be asking for more from you.  This is a good time to add additional revenue streams to your business, such as:

• group programs, paid teleclasses and/or teleclass series

• info products, such as e-reports, audios, and e-courses

• developing a plan for implementing all your product and program 'ideas' that you haven't yet had chance to get to

• implementation and management of a shopping cart system

• weekly telephone consultations so that we can plan, strategize, and stay on track

Level 3 - Business Explosion

Goal: To add high-ticket revenue generating products and programs to your already well-established business.

At this level you will probably be needing the support of an Online Business Manager and will have started to put a team in place. You'll be looking at such things as:

• high profile joint ventures

• affiliate program management

• continuity membership programs

• VIP Programs, which include in-person retreats

It is for this reason that I work only on a 6-monthly commitment with clients.  This is the optimum way for us to work together as:

• It allows you and I to get to know one another.

• You have continuous business support throughout the six months which will then give you the time and space to focus on growing your business.

• The 6-month commitment allows us both to get more done, work more efficiently, and achieve better results for you and your business!
