Ongoing Monthly Support with an Online Business Manager

This is the highest level of one-on-one, personalized support that I offer!  We work together in an ongoing, collaborative partnership.  As this is the highest level of support I offer, I only work with a very small number of clients in this way, guaranteeing you my undivided attention and support.

By working together over the long-term I get to know you and your business, and you have continuous online marketing and administrative support giving you the space and time you need to grow your business.

Our goal is for me to become your Online Business Manager, although this role develops over time as we get to know one another, and I get to know your business.

It is for this reason that I work only on a monthly retainer with clients.  This is the optimum way for us to work together as:

  • It allows you and I to get to know one another.

  • You have continuous business support throughout the month which will then give you the time and space to focus on growing your business.

  • The commitment of hours each month allows us both to get more done, work more efficiently, and achieve better results for you and your business!

 

"What is an Online Business Manager?"

You may be familiar with the term 'Virtual Assistant' and know that this is an administrative support person.  But I provide more than just administrative support to my clients - I become their Online Business Manager!

Through working with you on an ongoing collaborative basis, I am able to:

  • take all those ideas that you simply haven't had the time to develop and create a plan to implement them

  • manage the members of your team, i.e. your web/graphic designer, copyrighter, virtual assistant, so you no longer have to spend your time 'managing'

  • foresee your needs and plan accordingly

  • offer advice and guidance on new technologies and systems to streamline your business

  • implement web-based technologies to facilitate online business growth through products, services, and audio products

  • seek out marketing opportunities and joint ventures that will increase your profits and grow your list

  • make best use of your time by taking over (and even delegating) those administrative tasks that are huge time drains

As I see it, there are three levels to running a successful online business:

  1. You, the business owner.  You are the planner, strategist, and business developer in your business and you should be spending your time doing those things that only you can do

  2. The Online Business Manager (that's me!).  My role is the "implementor" and "manager" in your business - think Office Manager in the offline world.  I'll take all your ideas and plans and bring them to life.  I'll also manage the systems in your business too.

  3. The "doers" in your business.  These are your team members who actually "do" the activities, i.e. your graphic designer will create new logos, your virtual assistant will schedule your appointments etc.

Like I said, this is what we work towards... not where we start off!

By partnering with me you will get the space, time, and freedom to do more of what you LOVE and GROW YOUR BUSINESS at the same time too. Let's just take a look at some examples:

 

Generate Passive Streams Of Income

You are a coach and your goal for this year is to create multiple streams of income for your business.  You already have the product ideas, but you don't know the first thing about creating an info product, promoting them or accepting online orders!  How do you set up a shopping cart?  How do you market your products to your target market?

 

More Time To Devote To Your Income Generating Activities

You are a speaker and your goal for this year is to secure two more speaking gigs per month.  How are you going to achieve this?  You are already maxed out on time; after all you’re having to spend evenings and weekends on administrative tasks!  How are you going to find the time to physically do those extra two speaking gigs per month, let alone contact the venues and make arrangements?

My role as your Online Business Manager would be to source, set up, and maintain the best online solution for your needs.  I would manage your shopping cart, your autoresponders, your ezine.  I would be continually researching and advising on new places for you to promote your products and services.  I would work with you to grow your subscriber list!

I would also take over all those administrative tasks that are taking you away from what you do best.  And we would manage all of this through a 'virtual office' - so everyone on your team has access to everything that they need, when they need it.

By passing all of your administrative tasks over to me, you can generate passive income streams, achieve your goal of two extra speaking gigs per month, or work with three extra clients per month, and increase your bottom line!

 

"What are the Retainer Packages?"

I know that you want to know all about this, and we do discuss these in detail during the Client Consultation, but here's a broad overview of the three different packages I offer:

  • Online Marketing Basic - up to 5 hours per month.  As the name suggests this is the basic package and is designed to establish and build your online presence (if you don't already have one).  This package includes:

    • an initial consultation to review your online marketing systems and office procedures

    • create systems for getting your newsletter on a regular publication schedule so that you can stay in touch with your audience, and let them know about your products, services, and programs

    • growing your list through article marketing, blogging, and other list building strategies

    • list management and maintenance

    • monthly telephone consultation so that we can plan, strategize, and keep you on track
       

  • Online Marketing Standard - up to 10 hours per month.  This package is ideal for when you're ready to create business growth.  It includes:

    • all of the services provided in the Online Marketing Basic package

    • shopping cart set up and maintenance

    • autoresponder creation and maintenance

    • implementing a list building plan that gets results, and grows your list

    • develop a plan for implementing all your product and program 'ideas' that you haven't yet had chance to get to

    • day-to-day administrative support for other areas of your business such as teleclasses, webinars, and online training courses

    • weekly telephone consultations so that we can plan, strategize, and stay on track
       

  • Online Marketing Gold - up to 15 hours per month.  This package is ideal for when you're experiencing a business explosion and need more support.  It includes everything in the Online Marketing Standard package - just more of it!!
